WireStacker 3100
BackOverview
The WireStacker 3100 is a modular high-performance wire stacker for the precise, axial stacking of cables. The system consists of either a base element of 2.5 m (8.2 ft) or a base element with an extrension to 5 m (16.4 ft). The modules can be cascaded in combination according to required cable lengths. Built-in, synchronized driven transport belts allow to stack cables carefully and safely without cable jam even for very flexible cables.

Application Range
The WireStacker 3100 is a modular high-performance wire stacker for the precise, axial stacking of cables. The system consists of a base element of 2.5 m (8.20 ft) or a base element with an extension to 5 m (16.4 ft). The modules can be cascaded in combination according to required cable lengths. Built in, synchronised driven transport belts allow to stack cables carefully and safely without cable jam even for very flabby cables. The WireStacker 3100 excels with exceptional performance and flexibility making it an important element within an effi- cient and precise cable processing line. The WireStacker 3100 base and extension modules are controlled with a CAN-Bus by an upstream cable processing machine. This allows the Wire-Stacker 3100 to operate as a fully integrated part of a processing line.
