Overview
The UniCrimp LPC A crimping station processes turned loose piece terminals (closed barrel) with a cross section range from 0.14 – 4 mm² (26 – 12 AWG). With low space requirements and less than 1.5 seconds cycle time, the station has been specifically designed for use in automatic systems such as the Schleuniger CrimpCenter series of fully automatic crimping machines.

Application Range
The UniCrimp LPC A is a modular crimping station for processing loose piece turned terminals. Designed for integration into fully automatic systems, the UniCrimp LPC A automatically positions the terminals and crimps them onto prestripped wires with an 4-indenter - 8-point crimp. Modular retooling kits reduce machine downtime to a minimum and allow for flexible processing of different terminal sizes and geometries (male / female).
Feeding and Positioning
A combined drum / track system feeds, sorts and separates the loose piece terminals. The integrated handling module positions the terminal in the crimp applicator. Depending on the terminal feeding type, the UniCrimp LPC A is available in 3 versions.
