Overview
The fully programmable PowerStrip 9500 cuts and strips wires up to 14 mm (0.55") in diameter with pull-off lengths up to 200 mm (7.87") . Its innovative design enables the processing of many types of applications ranging from standard cable to multi-conductor and flat ribbon cable.

Rotary Stripping Unit
The rotary stripping unit uses universal blades combined with an additional adjustable cable guide to allow extremely precise radial cuts into cable jackets and/or cable shieldings. Cutting depths and guide tube adjustments can be programmed cable-specific for PVC and metallic materials.

Additional Information
The PowerStrip 9500 is extremely userfriendly. Operation progress and processing parameters are graphically illustrated on the easy-to-read display. All settings for processing standard wire and cable are already included. Specific programing can easily be done by the user. Schleuniger’s Windows ® based Cayman software is the perfect addition to the PowerStrip 9500.
Not only does it help you increase and optimise cable processing for maximum efficiency, it also significantly facilitates programming. The precise graphical presentation of the actual cable and parameters (WYSIWYG) helps eliminate input and production errors. Additional features such as offline programming, importing/exporting text data, operation tools (end strip, window strip, mark, etc.) round off this powerful cable processing software.
